Is there food to be avoided in order not to have mouth ulcers?

In the absence of preventive treatment, some foods are suspected to be favourable to the development of mouth ulcers. These include but are not limited to:
  • Dry fruits, especially walnuts (it is in fact the thin skin )
  • Tomatoes
  • Some cheeses
  • Chocolate
  • Some fruits ( pineapple, banana, citrus fruits)
Be careful not to avoid too many foods and risking having an unbalanced diet)
